Chip cases may or may not be closed on the inside. Some say that it is better to have the chips inside the case, while others say that it is better to have the chips outside the case. Still others are not sure what to do about those chips that get lost in their chip case.
There is no doubt that you will find that you are practicing better if you do not have chips lying around loose. With the chips that you own, the only thing that can go wrong would be if you allow them to go missing. With your own set, you can be sure that you will always have enough chips to play properly. It is also a good idea to have enough chips set aside that you can play multiple games of poker at a time without ever having to worry about running out of chips to play.
